How is GST calculated?
GST amount = price × rate ÷ 100. The GST-inclusive price is the base price plus that amount.
How do I remove GST from a total?
Base price = total × 100 ÷ (100 + rate). Use the “remove GST” option.
What is the difference between CGST, SGST and IGST?
Within a state, GST is split equally into Central (CGST) and State (SGST). Between states, Integrated GST (IGST) applies.
